We charge all cleaning per hour.  There is residential, small business, and commercial hourly rates, and may differ per location.   Insurance rates and Workers’ compensation rates can differ per client type and location.
Due to sensitivities, preferences, and sanitary reasons, we prefer to use the clients’ supplies. For your convenience we now offer pre-made caddies with all the supplies we need to clean your home. These caddies are sold for a one time price of $45.00 and save you a shopping trip! We bring them and leave them, then leave you a note when you’re running low.
Our Residential Divas operate Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm, but we do offer nights and weekends for commercial or special requests.   There may be an upcharge for evening and weekend premiums
Domestic Divas does not clean carpets, but we do work hand in hand with an award winning carpet cleaning company. We’ll even schedule it for you and just add it to your cleaning bill! Talk about one-stop shop!
All of Domestic Divas employees take a personality test, sign a confidentiality agreement, and submit a national background check.
YES!!!  The client would not be liable in event of breakage, injuries, etc.
We send invoices once per month, nearest to the first as possible.
You can set up Domestic Divas as a vendor with your online banking or mail us a check
Unfortunately, accepting credit cards is very costly for small business and we don’t currently do so.  The cost would be passed on to the customer, and we like to keep all costs low!
Domestic Divas services Hampton Roads. We service Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and Norfolk. (Will travel to some other cities in HR for one time spring clean, post construction cleans, or move in/out cleans.)
That’s up to you!  We want everyone to be comfortable, and some clients are home and some are not.  Many give us means of entry and simply arrive to a clean home!
Yes!  We do not however, have the equipment to service multiple stories, with the exception of tilt-in windows!
Please call or text the office 24 hours before your cleaning.   Being considerate of our scheduling makes you a rock star client!
